Jessica Bursi (that's me!) created Cream City Concierge to provide a broad range of support services to the Milwaukee community and beyond.

With 15+ years experience in project management and event planning, I specialize in getting things done with trust, efficiency, patience, and positivity.

My goals are two-fold:

• To bring beauty, care, and an open mind to each individual, space, and group I interact with.

• To support to a wide range of people - giving you back the time you need to show up and be excellent for yourself and others. 

​

​In my personal life, I find great joy in my friends and family; I especially love being a "girl aunt!" I enjoy all kinds of media and stories (photos and film are my favorites!), delicious food & beverage, and singing Everly Brothers at karaoke!
